Ingredients:

  • Cream 2 cup
  • Banana 6
  • Apple 2
  • Sapodilla 2
  • Pineapple 1 tin
  • Strawberry 5-6
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Caster sugar 2 cup
  • Cake 10 slice
  • Milk 4 cup
  • Custard powder 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Make custard and jelly first.
  2. Put water in saucepan and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add jelly powder, boil for 5 minutes, remove form stove and cool for 10 minutes.
  4. When cool, put in bowl and set it.
  5. For custard: Put milk in pot, add custard powder and stir it continuously.
  6. When mixture thick, remove from flame and cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  7. Now put cream, add sugar and beat it nicely.
  8. Then cut fruits, keep it aside.
  9. Make layer of cake in dessert bowl and put pineapple juice.
  10. Top with jelly, add fruits and serve.
