Chicken White Handi by Nimra Iftikar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White coriander 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Blend onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander and tomato puree.
  2. Then heat oil in pan, add butter and blended ingredients and cook for 2-3 hours.
  3. Now put chicken, red chili powder, salt, white coriander and yogurt, mix it nicely, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add cream, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
