Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red Chili 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Milk Pack Cream 1 packet
  • Cottage Cheese 1 packet

For Tarka:

  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Whole Coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 packet
  • Whole Red chili as required

Method:

  1. Boil spinach, strain water, put in blender and blend it.
  2. Then put onion in cooking pot, fry it, add ginger garlic paste and until golden brown.
  3. Then add salt, red chili, black pepper and cumin and make masala for spinach.
  4. Now add blended spinach gravy, mix it nicely, add cream and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Then fry cheese with oil and cumin in separate until golden brown and add spinach gravy. 
  6. For tarka: Melt butter, add coriander, chaat masala and whole red chili and cook until light golden brown.
  7. Then spread butter on spinach and serve hot.
