Egg Kabab Roll by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chana daal 1 cup
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Onion 1/4 cup
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Green chili 3-4
  • Chopped ginger 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Oil shallow fry

Method:

  1. Put chana daal in food processor, make paste, put in bowl, add onion, green chili, coriander, mint leaves, ginger, lemon juice, salt, tara garam masala and red chili and mix it nicely.
  2. Then make kabab of 2-3 tbsp mixture, dip in beaten egg and shallow fry it.
