Shell Pasta With Shrimp by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 3
- Red chili 1/2 tsp
- Tomato 250 gm
- Parsley 4 tbsp
- Dried basil 1 tsp
- Shrimp 400 gm
- Kolson shell pasta 1 packet
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
Method:
- Heat olive oil in pot on medium flame and fry garlic and red chili until fragrance comes.
- Then add tomato, 2 tbsp parsley and ghee, mix it nicely and cook for 15 minutes.
- Now add shrimp, cook for 3 minutes and add salt and black pepper.
- Then add shell pasta, put in big bowl, garnish with 2 tbsp parsley and serve.
