Shell Pasta With Shrimp by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Parsley 4 tbsp
  • Dried basil 1 tsp
  • Shrimp 400 gm
  • Kolson shell pasta 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in pot on medium flame and fry garlic and red chili until fragrance comes.
  2. Then add tomato, 2 tbsp parsley and ghee, mix it nicely and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Now add shrimp, cook for 3 minutes and add salt and black pepper.
  4. Then add shell pasta, put in big bowl, garnish with 2 tbsp parsley and serve.
