Ingredients:
- Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili 4
- Roasted chickpea 2 tbsp
- Small cardamom 6
- Black pepper 6
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2
- Mint 1 bunch
- Chopped onion 4
- Salt to taste
- Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Green chili few
Method:
- Put red chili in some water with vinegar in pot, boil it, take it out and grind it.
- Now mash beef pasanday, marinate with raw papaya and salt.
- Then mix chickpea, white cumin, black cumin, poppy seeds and black pepper, grind it and mix in pasanday.
- Then mix tandoori masala, red chill, yogurt and lemon juice and keep it for a while.
- Heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown and take out half onion.
- Put pasanday in half onion, mix it nicely and cover it.
- When water dries, roast pasanday and add 1 lemon juice.
- Also put green chili and mint and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- When serve, put fried onion.
