Ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili 4
  • Roasted chickpea 2 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Black pepper 6
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green chili few

Method:

  1. Put red chili in some water with vinegar in pot, boil it, take it out and grind it.
  2. Now mash beef pasanday, marinate with raw papaya and salt.
  3. Then mix chickpea, white cumin, black cumin, poppy seeds and black pepper, grind it and mix in pasanday.
  4. Then mix tandoori masala, red chill, yogurt and lemon juice and keep it for a while.
  5. Heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown and take out half onion.
  6. Put pasanday in half onion, mix it nicely and cover it.
  7. When water dries, roast pasanday and add 1 lemon juice.
  8. Also put green chili and mint and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. When serve, put fried onion.
