Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Gravy:

  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut 10
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1 sliced

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, all spice, yogurt, oil and salt.
  2. For gravy: Heat ghee and fry onion until soft.
  3. Now put nutmeg, coriander powder and black pepper and cook with chicken for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add green chili paste and cashew nut, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
  5. Then put capsicum and cream and serve with naan.
