Turkish Lamb Pulao by Faizan Rehmat

Ingredients:
- Pine nuts 1/3 cup
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Slice onion 1 large
- Cinnamon 2 sticks
- Lamb meat 500 gm
- Basmati rive 250 gm
- Vegetable stock 1 cube
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Dry apricots 12
- Chopped mint leaves handful
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and cook until onion is golden.
- Then add lamb meat and cinnamon, roast it, put salt, black pepper and rice and cook for 1 minute.
- Now add stock, cover it and cook until rice is cooked.
- Add pine nuts and mint leaves and serve it.
