Ingredients:
- Leg of lamb 1
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Bay leaves 4-5
- Rosemary 2-3
- Water 1/2 cup
Method:
- Preheat oven to 140 degrees C.
- Now keep leg in oven tray.
- Put olive oil, lemon juice and masala in bowl and mix it.
- Then marinate leg it with.
- Then put bay leaves and rosemary and keep in oven for approx 40 minutes.
- Then change its side and cook more for 30 minutes.
- Then put water, cover roasting pan with aluminum foil and cook more for 40 minutes.
- When leg is cooked, keep it out for 5 minutes.
- Then remove foil and take out in dish.
- Then serve with Turkish style rice and tomato puree.
