Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Roasted peanuts 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Carom powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Soda bicarb 1 pinch
- Oil for frying
- Chopped capsicum 1 medium
- Turmeric 1 pinch
Method:
- Fry peanuts lightly and crush thick thick.
- Now put gram flour, salt, red chili powder, soda and turmeric in pot and mix it.
- Put carom seeds and sesame seed on tawa and roast it.
- Now put peanuts, carom seeds, sesame seeds and capsicum in gram flour mixture, heat it and fry pakoray on low flame.
- When golden, take it out.
