Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Carom powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Soda bicarb 1 pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped capsicum 1 medium
  • Turmeric 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Fry peanuts lightly and crush thick thick.
  2. Now put gram flour, salt, red chili powder, soda and turmeric in pot and mix it.
  3. Put carom seeds and sesame seed on tawa and roast it.
  4. Now put peanuts, carom seeds, sesame seeds and capsicum in gram flour mixture, heat it and fry pakoray on low flame.
  5. When golden, take it out.
