Ingredients:

  • Mince meat 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger paste 1-2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1-2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Shan keema mix 1 packet

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until onion is soft.
  2. Then put ginger paste, garlic paste, shan keema mix and mince and roast until dry.
  3. Now put tomatoes and 1-2 cup water, cover it and cook on low flame for 20-30 minutes till mince tender.
  4. Then add green chilies and coriander leaves and cook until mince leaves oil.
  5. Also stir it.
  6. Take out extra oil in needed.
  7. Serve with hot roti or naan.
