Ingredients:
- Mince meat 1 kg
- Onion 1
- Ginger paste 1-2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1-2 tbsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Shan keema mix 1 packet
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until onion is soft.
- Then put ginger paste, garlic paste, shan keema mix and mince and roast until dry.
- Now put tomatoes and 1-2 cup water, cover it and cook on low flame for 20-30 minutes till mince tender.
- Then add green chilies and coriander leaves and cook until mince leaves oil.
- Also stir it.
- Take out extra oil in needed.
- Serve with hot roti or naan.
