Veal Croquettes by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Beef 1 kg
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Chicken Stock 1/2 cup
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Curry Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
- Chopped Parsley 1 tsp
Method:
- Put beef in pan and roast on medium flame until brown.
- Now take it out in bowl.
- Then melt butter on low flame in second pan.
- Now put flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then put milk and stock slowly slowly and make thick sauce.
- Now put beef, paprika, chili powder, curry powder, salt, black pepper, worcestershire sauce and parsley and stir it nicely.
- Then close stove and take it out.
- When mixture cools, give shape of croquettes.
- Mix water and egg in bowl.
- Coat croquettes in flour.
- Then coat in eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
- Repeat this step many times.
- Then fry in oil.
