Chicken Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts (strips) 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 2 tsp
- Oil For fry
- Flour 4 tsp
- Chopped Spring Onion 1
- Chipped Green Chilli 1
- Lemon half
Method:
- Mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, red chili sauce, salt and yogurt and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil, mix salt and red chili.
- Roll chicken strips in flour one by one.
- Take some water in bowl and make mixture.
- Roll chicken strips in mixture.
- Then roll in flour and deep fry in hot oil.
- Take out in paper.
- Then put in serving platter, garnish with lemon juice, green chilies and spring onion and serve.
