Chicken Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts (strips) 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 2 tsp
  • Oil For fry
  • Flour 4 tsp
  • Chopped Spring Onion 1
  • Chipped Green Chilli 1
  • Lemon half

Method:

  1. Mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, red chili sauce, salt and yogurt and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, mix salt and red chili.
  3. Roll chicken strips in flour one by one.
  4. Take some water in bowl and make mixture.
  5. Roll chicken strips in mixture.
  6. Then roll in flour and deep fry in hot oil.
  7. Take out in paper.
  8. Then put in serving platter, garnish with lemon juice, green chilies and spring onion and serve.
