Chicken Fritters by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken strips 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1-2
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Rosemary 1/2 tsp
- White bread or Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Vegetables for garnish
Method:
- Cut chicken into strips, add garlic paste, worcester sauce, black pepper, white pepper, vinegar, red chili, oregano, rosemary and salt and mix it.
- Then add eggs, mix it and coat with white bread or bread crumbs.
- Then heat oil in pan.
- Now fry chicken strips, take it out and keep on tissue paper.
- When oil absorbs, take out chicken strips in dish, garnish with vegetables and serve.
