Ingredients:
- Minced beef 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Crushed white cumin 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
For Kachori:
- Flour 2 cup
- Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
- Jaggery syrup 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put flour, salt, jaggery and soda in bowl, mix it nicely and put water so that dough becomes soft.
- Don't knead hard.
- Cover it, so that it becomes yeast nicely.
- Put beef, ginger garlic paste and salt in frying pan, put salt and dry water.
- Now mix red chilies, black pepper, cumin and lemon juice, roast it lightly and remove it.
- When it cools, add onion, green chilies and green coriander.
- Now heat oil in wok.
- Wet your hands, keep some mince, close from 4 sides, make kachori, fry on medium flame until light golden and take it out.
- Keema kachori is ready.
- Serve with yogurt raita and tamarind chutney.
