Bihari Chicken Wings by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 8
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Bihari masala 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chickpeas roasted 1 tbsp
  • Whole spice 1 pinch
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Button red chilies 4-5
  • Mustard oil 1/2 cup
  • Lemons 2

Method:

  1. Roast coriander, cumin seeds, chickpeas, whole spice, green cardamom and button red chilies on tawa lightly and grind finely.
  2. Now wash chicken wings nicely, marinate with mustard oil, salt, ginger garlic paste, grinded masala and yogurt and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put in small pot and cook on low flame.
  4. When water dries, put 1 tbsp mustard oil and lemon juice and simmer it.
  5. Bihari chicken wings is ready.
