Sindhi Keema Biryani by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Potatoes 2
- Peas 1 cup
- Carrots 2
- Capsicum 2
- Onion 2
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now add mince.
- Also put ginger garlic, black pepper, cumin, salt, turmeric and red chili and cover for 20 minutes.
- Then add peas, potatoes, carrots, capsicum, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
- When vegetable tender, put boiled rice and simmer it for 20 minutes.
- Then mix it and close stove.
- Sindhi keema biryani is ready.
