Ingredients:
- Coconut milk 475 ml
- Milk 475 ml
- White sugar 40 gm
- Basmati rice 100 gm
- Raisins 40 gm
- Cardamom ground 1 gm
- Rose water 3 ml
- Roasted almonds sliced 25 gm
- Pistachios chopped 30 gm
Method:
- Boil coconut milk, milk and sugar in big saucepan.
- Now add rice and simmer it until low flame until mixture is thick and rice tender.
- Then add raisins, cardamom and rose water and cook more for few minutes.
- Then put in serving bowl and garnish it with almonds and pistachios
