Ingredients:

  • Coconut milk 475 ml
  • Milk 475 ml
  • White sugar 40 gm
  • Basmati rice 100 gm
  • Raisins 40 gm
  • Cardamom ground 1 gm
  • Rose water 3 ml
  • Roasted almonds sliced 25 gm
  • Pistachios chopped 30 gm

Method:

  1. Boil coconut milk, milk and sugar in big saucepan.
  2. Now add rice and simmer it until low flame until mixture is thick and rice tender.
  3. Then add raisins, cardamom and rose water and cook more for few minutes.
  4. Then put in serving bowl and garnish it with almonds and pistachios
