Ingredients:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Cracked wheat 250 g
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala
  • Pine Nuts 1/2 cup
  • Olive Oil 1/3 cup
  • Vegetable Oil for fry
  • Chopped Parsley for garnish

Method:

  1. Soak wheat for 30 minutes in water.
  2. Then put beef, onion, salt and black pepper in food processor and use it until it becomes dough.
  3. For stuffing: Put oil in pan and fry pan and saute it.
  4. Now put meat and chop it nicely.
  5. Then put salt, black pepper, cumin and pine nuts.
  6. When meat is brown, close stove and cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Now give wheat shape of bowl, fill with stuffing and close with fingers.
  8. Now heat oil in frying pan, put kibbeh and fry until golden brown.
  9. Then take out in dish and serve with garlic sauce.

Put wheat in water for 30 minutes. Then put beaf, onion, black pepper in food processor.
Now for stuffing put oil and onion in pen. Now put roast beef and then put salt, black pepper and Pine Nuts.
As beaf gets brown take out from stove and make beef cold.
Then put it on wheat mixutes and put stiffing. Now in fry pen put oil and kibbeh and cook till it gets brown.
