Tandoori Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Skinless 1 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice 5-6 tbsp
  • Red Food Color 1/4 tsp
  • Oil/ Butter 2-4 tbsp
  • Shaan Tandoori Masala 1 packet

Method:

  1. Mix lemon juice, red color, tandoori masala and oil/ butter nicely, marinate chicken with it and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now marinate with yogurt and leave for 3 hours.
  3. Keep arrange chicken in tray in and put remaining masala.
  4. Now keep in hot oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Then put remaining oil or butter, put tray under grill and cook until chicken is red.
