Double Roti Ka Meetha by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Bread 6 slices
- Sugar 250 gm
- Red jelly 1 packet
- Cream 1 packet
- Milk 1 liter
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Custard powder 2 tbsp
- Currants 2 tbsp
- Almonds 2 tbsp
- Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put milk in pot and cook it.
- When it boils, add sugar.
- Now cook until sugar dissolves.
- Then dissolve custard powder in 1/2 cup water and add in milk.
- When thick, close stove.
- Now mix vanilla essence and cool it.
- Then cut bread slices into long and fry it.
- When golden brown, take it out.
- Then put bread slices in dish.
- Now put custard.
- Then put cream.
- Then put red jelly, raisins, almonds and cashew nuts and serve.
