Egg Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs halved 3
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 3 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Method:
- In bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chili sauce, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chili and salt.
- In plate, put halved eggs and spread chutney over them.
- Sprinkle some chopped spring onion, garam masala and boondi over eggs.
- Chill and serve.
