Egg Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs halved 3
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 3 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

Method:

  1. In bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chili sauce, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chili and salt.
  2. In plate, put halved eggs and spread chutney over them.
  3. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion, garam masala and boondi over eggs.
  4. Chill and serve.
