Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks 6
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 6
- Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 packet
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Eggs (beaten) 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Mark deep cuts on drumsticks.
- Now wash it, spread ginger garlic paste and salt on it, cook it and dry its water.
- Now mash potatoes and mix rice flour, salt, cheese and black pepper.
- Noe spread little little mixture of potatoes on hands, keep one drumsticks on center and close from all sides.
- Then dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in wok and deep fry drumsticks until golden brown.
- Then serve hot with chili sauce.
