Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks 6
  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 6
  • Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Eggs (beaten) 2
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Mark deep cuts on drumsticks.
  2. Now wash it, spread ginger garlic paste and salt on it, cook it and dry its water.
  3. Now mash potatoes and mix rice flour, salt, cheese and black pepper.
  4. Noe spread little little mixture of potatoes on hands, keep one drumsticks on center and close from all sides.
  5. Then dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in wok and deep fry drumsticks until golden brown.
  7. Then serve hot with chili sauce.
