Strawberry Chocolate Hazelnut Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

For Cake:

  • Butter 200 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 5
  • Caster sugar 1-1/ 4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Coco powder 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

For Filling:

  • Strawberries 2 cups
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Chocolate hazelnut 1 cup
  • Tetra pack cream 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For cake: Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  2. Now put eggs one by one.
  3. Then add oil and vanilla essence and fold flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and yogurt.
  4. Now bake this batter in 2 9 inch pan on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  5. Then beat cream and chocolate hazelnut mixture with strawberries.
  6. For assemble: Make layer of cake on platter.
  7. Now spread filling and make second layer.
  8. Then spread cream mixture on top and sides and cool it.
