Ingredients:
For Cake:
- Butter 200 gm
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Eggs 5
- Caster sugar 1-1/ 4 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Flour 2 cups
- Coco powder 3 tbsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
For Filling:
- Strawberries 2 cups
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Chocolate hazelnut 1 cup
- Tetra pack cream 1/2 cup
Method:
- For cake: Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Now put eggs one by one.
- Then add oil and vanilla essence and fold flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and yogurt.
- Now bake this batter in 2 9 inch pan on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Then beat cream and chocolate hazelnut mixture with strawberries.
- For assemble: Make layer of cake on platter.
- Now spread filling and make second layer.
- Then spread cream mixture on top and sides and cool it.
