Sizzling Seekh Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 1
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Onion fried 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Almonds crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp

For Sizzling:

  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Knorr cube 1

Method:

  1. Put mince, green chilies, garlic, ginger, coconut, onion, , garam masala powder, mace, red chili powder, knorr cube and salt and chopper and grind finely.
  2. Now mix egg, almonds and cream.
  3. Then skew small small kabab on skewers and roast lightly on gas stove.
  4. Then remove from skewer, fry in hot oil until golden brown and close stove.
  5. Sizzling seekh kabab is ready.
  6. For sizzling: Put tomato ketchup, salt and stock in pot and mix it.
  7. Now heat sizzling and put butter and garlic.
  8. Then put ketchup and stock mixture, put on kabab and serve.
