Sizzling Seekh Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger 1
- Egg 1
- Green chilies 2
- Garlic cloves 4
- Onion fried 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Mace 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Almonds crushed 1 tbsp
- Cream 1 tbsp
For Sizzling:
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Stock 1 cup
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Butter 100 gm
- Knorr cube 1
Method:
- Put mince, green chilies, garlic, ginger, coconut, onion, , garam masala powder, mace, red chili powder, knorr cube and salt and chopper and grind finely.
- Now mix egg, almonds and cream.
- Then skew small small kabab on skewers and roast lightly on gas stove.
- Then remove from skewer, fry in hot oil until golden brown and close stove.
- Sizzling seekh kabab is ready.
- For sizzling: Put tomato ketchup, salt and stock in pot and mix it.
- Now heat sizzling and put butter and garlic.
- Then put ketchup and stock mixture, put on kabab and serve.
