Ingredients:
- Chopped potato 1
- Brinjal 1
- Chopped onion 1
- Gram flour 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 3-4
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Strain gram flour.
- Now put potatoes, brinjal, onion, garlic paste, green chilies, white pepper, red chili, turmeric, baking powder and salt and make batter for water as required for pakoray.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry pakoray and take out in tissue paper.
- Then serve with chutney.
