Aloo Baigan Piyaz Pakora by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chopped potato 1
  • Brinjal 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Gram flour 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3-4
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Strain gram flour.
  2. Now put potatoes, brinjal, onion, garlic paste, green chilies, white pepper, red chili, turmeric, baking powder and salt and make batter for water as required for pakoray.
  3. Then heat oil in pan, fry pakoray and take out in tissue paper.
  4. Then serve with chutney.
