Khatti Tamatar Ki Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 6
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 3-4
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take out seeds of tomatoes and chop finely.
  2. Now fry garlic, oil and onion in pan.
  3. Then add red chilies, all spice powder, black pepper, cumin an salt and roast it nicely.
  4. When tomatoes, add tamarind paste and mix it.
  5. When chutney becomes thick, remove it and serve with pakoray.
