Khatti Tamatar Ki Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 6
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic 3-4
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take out seeds of tomatoes and chop finely.
- Now fry garlic, oil and onion in pan.
- Then add red chilies, all spice powder, black pepper, cumin an salt and roast it nicely.
- When tomatoes, add tamarind paste and mix it.
- When chutney becomes thick, remove it and serve with pakoray.
