Aloo Bukharay Ka Sharbat by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Plums 250 gm
  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 pinch
  • Cumin powder 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Ice cubes as required

Method:

  1. Boil plums until seeds separates.
  2. Now put pulp in grinder.
  3. Then add sugar, salt, cumin powder and black salt and mix it nicely.
  4. Then put water as required and ice cubes, mix it and serve it.
