Ingredients:
- Green chilies 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin roasted & ground 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds ground 1 tbsp
- Black pepper ground 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Raw onion ground 2
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, fry green chilies and take it out.
- Now put raw onion and fry until light pink.
- Then put turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
- Then put fried green chilies, cumin, poppy seeds and black pepper and roast it.
- Then put cream and butter and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Dum mirch makhni is ready.
