Ingredients:

  • Green chilies 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted & ground 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds ground 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ground 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Raw onion ground 2
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry green chilies and take it out.
  2. Now put raw onion and fry until light pink.
  3. Then put turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
  4. Then put fried green chilies, cumin, poppy seeds and black pepper and roast it.
  5. Then put cream and butter and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Dum mirch makhni is ready.
