Chicken Teryaki Sub by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
For Chicken:
- Boneless chicken 250 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Teryaki sauce 3 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup
For Assemble:
- Bread loaf 6
- Ice berg as required
- Jalapenos as required
- Tomato slices as required
- Cucumber slices as required
- Onion rings as required
- Capsicum slices as required
- Cheese slice as required
- Honey mustard sauce as required
- Thousand island dressing as required
- Italian dressing as required
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, teryaki sauce, honey and water.
- Now cook chicken until tender and sauce is thick.
- For assemble: Cut bread loaf from center and spread chicken mixture.
- Now put ice berg, jalapeno, tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum and cheese.
- Then drizzle mustard sauce, island sauce and Italian dressing and serve with waffer sauce.
