Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Banaspati 2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Spinach puree 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Red color as required
  • Green color as required

For Filling:

  • Cabbage julienne 1 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum finely chopped 1/4 cup
  • Boiled & shredded chicken 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For dough: Knead flour, salt and banaspati with water as required and divide into 3 portions.
  2. Mix tomato puree and red color in first portions.
  3. Mix spinach puree and green color in second portion.
  4. Keep third portions white.
  5. Now mix all portions together, cut it and make small balls,
  6. Now roll in saucer size, fill with chicken filling, make d shape samosay and bake for 20 minutes or fry it.
  7. For filling: Heat oil and fry garlic paste for 2 minutes.
  8. Now put remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are soft.
  9. Now take it out, cool it and use for filling.
