Coconut Shell Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Large shell pasta boiled 1 packet
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 250 gm
For Sauce:
- Coconut milk 2 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 4
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- For sauce: Heat oil and put cumin and curry leaves.
- When fragrance comes and coconut milk.
- Then put salt and black pepper.
- When it boils 1 or 2 and close stove.
- For chicken: Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put chicken, salt, ginger garlic, red chili powder and tomatoes and cover it.
- When water dries, put chicken, put shell paste and serve.
