Cheesy Bharay Samosay by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Samosay Patties:
- Maida 300 gm
- Carom seeds 1/3 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Boiled chicken 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed mozzarella cheese 150 gm
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Chopped tomato 1
- Maida 2-3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For patties: Put maida in mixing bowl.
- Now add ghee, carom seeds, salt and water as required, knead it and leave it for a while.
- Then cut into round patties.
- For filling: Put chicken, garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper, oregano, cheese, capsicum, tomato and salt in mixing bowl, fill in patties.
- Dissolve maida in lukewarm water, make lappi, spread on edge of patties and close it.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry samosay and serve with sauce.
