Hyderabadi Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Garlic cloves 4-5
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
- Then add tomatoes and roast it nicely.
- Now add turmeric, red chili powder and salt and cook it.
- When thick, make paste.
- Then make bhagar of mustard seeds, garlic cloves and cumin, put on chutney and serve.
