Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 4-5
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
  2. Then add tomatoes and roast it nicely.
  3. Now add turmeric, red chili powder and salt and cook it.
  4. When thick, make paste.
  5. Then make bhagar of mustard seeds, garlic cloves and cumin, put on chutney and serve.
