Jalfrezi Masala Paste by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 1
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Method:
- Roast garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds until light brown and aroma comes.
- Then remove from stove.
- Then put in grinder and make powder.
- Now add remaining ingredients and make smooth paste.
- Use in curry or kebabs.
