Chicken Jalfrezi Kabab by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 500 gm
- Jalfrezi paste 1/4 cup
- Peas 1/3 cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Small cauliflower 1/4
- Spring onion 2
- Carrot 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
- Plain yogurt to serve
- Coriander leaves to serve
- Salad leaves to decorate
Method:
- Put chicken mince, jalfrezi paste, peas, coriander leaves, cauliflower, spring onion and carrot in bowl.
- Now add salt and black pepper.
- Then mix it nicely.
- Make mince mixture in shape of pattie.
- Heat oil in pan and deep fry pattie until brown and cooked.
- Now serve pattie with yogurt, coriander leaves and salad leaves.
