Beef Tikka Salan by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Lemon 4
  • Onion finely chopped 4
  • Green chilies julienne 4
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with ginger garlic paste, salt and white vinegar in dish for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown and take out on tissue paper so that it becomes crisp.
  3. Now put masala beef in wide frying pan and dry water.
  4. Then take out onion, mix yogurt, red chili, black pepper and tikka masala and roast it lightly.
  5. Now add 2 lemon juice.
  6. Now fry ready beef in oil in separate frying pan and put in ready masalay.
  7. Then put 2 lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves and crushed fried onion and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  8. Beef tikka salan is ready.
