Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Egg 1
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
For Sugar Syrup:
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1-1/2 cup
- Rose water 1 tsp
- Silver paper as required
Method:
- Put maida in bowl.
- Now add yogurt, egg, cardamom powder and yellow color and make thick batter with water.
- Heat ghee in frying pan and fry baray until light golden.
- For syrup: Make syrup with water and sugar until thick.
- Now put rose water and keep it aside.
- Then dip ready baray in syrup and take out in platter.
- Then garnish with silver paper.
