Ingredients:

  • Prawns large 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Plain flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required

For Red Sauce:

  • Red chilies large 6
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes paste 2 cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For prawns: Marinate prawns with black pepper, salt and eggs.
  2. Now coat in flour, fry it and take it out.
  3. For sauce: Heat oil and put garlic.
  4. Now put red chilies, vinegar, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, salt and tomatoes paste in blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add this mixture in garlic, cook it, put prawns and mix it.
  6. In end, take out in dish and serve with rice.
