Red Prawn Curry by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Prawns large 1/2 kg
- Eggs 2
- Black pepper 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Plain flour 1/2 cup
- Oil as required
For Red Sauce:
- Red chilies large 6
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes paste 2 cup
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- For prawns: Marinate prawns with black pepper, salt and eggs.
- Now coat in flour, fry it and take it out.
- For sauce: Heat oil and put garlic.
- Now put red chilies, vinegar, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, salt and tomatoes paste in blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Now add this mixture in garlic, cook it, put prawns and mix it.
- In end, take out in dish and serve with rice.
