Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Red chili 4
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Lemon 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put mince, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt in wok and dry water.
- Now put red chili, green chilies, black pepper and oil and roast it.
- Then put lemon juice and green coriander and serve hot with parathay.
