Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breast 400 gm
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
Method:
- Roast black pepper in oil for 2 minutes and grind it lightly.
- Now heat oil and fry black pepper on low flame.
- Then add chicken cubes, coriander and salt and stir it continuously for 10 minutes.
- Then put lemon juice, fry for 1 minutes and serve hot.
