Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast 400 gm
  • Black peppercorns 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ground coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Roast black pepper in oil for 2 minutes and grind it lightly.
  2. Now heat oil and fry black pepper on low flame.
  3. Then add chicken cubes, coriander and salt and stir it continuously for 10 minutes.
  4. Then put lemon juice, fry for 1 minutes and serve hot.
