Ingredients:

  • Chicken 12 pieces or 1 kg
  • Curry leaves 12
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Coconut 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 6
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put whole coriander, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cashew nuts, cloves, fennel seeds, black pepper and cinnamon on tawa, roast it and grind it.
  2. Now mix with red chili and mix with salt and turmeric.
  3. Then marinate chicken with mixed masalay and ginger garlic.
  4. Now heat oil, add cumin, curry leaves, chicken and cloves and roast until chicken tender.
  5. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
