Ingredients:
- Chicken cubed 300 gm
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1 pinch
- Cumin roasted & crushed 1/2 tsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Cream as required
For Rice:
- Boiled rice 3 cup
- Garlic crushed 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
For Yogurt Dip:
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Green chutney 2 tbsp
Method:
- For dip: Mix all ingredients.
- For rice: Heat oil, add garlic, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and vinegar, mix it nicely and remove from stove.
- For chicken: Heat oil and fry onion until golden.
- Now add chicken cubes with chili powder, tikka masala, yogurt, garlic, nutmeg and cumin and cook until chicken tender.
- Then put cream and give smoke of coal.
- Then take out chicken with rice and serve with chutney.
