Ingredients:

  • Chicken cubed 300 gm
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 pinch
  • Cumin roasted & crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Cream as required

For Rice:

  • Boiled rice 3 cup
  • Garlic crushed 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Yogurt Dip:

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Green chutney 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For dip: Mix all ingredients.
  2. For rice: Heat oil, add garlic, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and vinegar, mix it nicely and remove from stove.
  3. For chicken: Heat oil and fry onion until golden.
  4. Now add chicken cubes with chili powder, tikka masala, yogurt, garlic, nutmeg and cumin and cook until chicken tender.
  5. Then put cream and give smoke of coal.
  6. Then take out chicken with rice and serve with chutney.
