Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough (prepared) 1/2 kg

For Filling:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms 6
  • Olives 6
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put water, garlic, salt, black pepper and red chilies in chicken mince and cook it.
  2. When mince tender, dry its water and cool it.
  3. Then put capsicum, onion, tomato, olives and mushrooms.
  4. Then roll pizza dough, make small small pockets and fill with filling.
  5. Now put cheese.
  6. Now grease tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
