Funnel Cakes by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Milk 450 ml
- Beaten Egg 1
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Flour 450 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soda Bicarbonate 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Melted Butter 60 gm
- Icing Sugar for topping
Method:
- Mix milk, egg and vanilla essence in bowl.
- Now put flour, salt, soda and sugar in other bowl, cook it slowly slowly so that it comes in shape of smooth batter.
- Now keep caf on top of hot oil, put batter, make small cakes and stop batter from center of each cake with fingers.
- Then cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and rises lightly.
- Then sprinkle icing sugar.
