Ingredients:
- Beef mince 400 gm
- Potatoes 3-4
- Onion finely chopped 2
- Eggs 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Parsley chopped 1/4 cup
- Bread crumbs 2 cups
- Oil shallow fry
Method:
- Put mince, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, eggs, salt, black pepper and parsley in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then take 2-3 tbsp mixture, make balls and make cutlets with hands.
- Now roll this cutlets in bread crumbs, shallow fry on low flame until golden brown and serve hot.
