Mexican Shrimps Pasta Salad by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Boiled pasta 1 packet
- Shrimps peeled 10-12
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1/2 cup
- Cucumber sliced 1/4 cup
- Tomato chopped 1 cup
- Green chilies chopped 2-3
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Water 4-5 cups
Method:
- Put 4-5 cups water in big saucepan, boil it, add shrimps and close it.
- When it cooks, take it out and strain it.
- Then cut shrimps, put in bowl, add boiled pasta, lemon juice, cucumber, onion, green chilies and tomato.
- Now add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, olive oil and salt in this mixture and stir it.
- Then cool it for 30 minutes.
- Then garnish with 1 tbsp coriander leaves and serve.
