Chicken Almond by Nisha Baloch

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 4
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Almond 4 tbsp
  • Garam masala for topping
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 2 cup
  • Clove 2

Method:

  1. Put chicken in bowl and marinate with ginger and garlic.
  2. Then heat butter in pot and fry chicken for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Then add red chili powder, garam masala and green cardamom and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add yogurt, green cardamom, clove and salt and cook more for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put almonds, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Then take out in serving dish, top with garam masala and serve hot.
