Chicken Almond by Nisha Baloch

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 4
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Green cardamom 3
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Almond 4 tbsp
- Garam masala for topping
- Yogurt 2 cup
- Cardamom powder 2 cup
- Clove 2
Method:
- Put chicken in bowl and marinate with ginger and garlic.
- Then heat butter in pot and fry chicken for 5-10 minutes.
- Then add red chili powder, garam masala and green cardamom and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add yogurt, green cardamom, clove and salt and cook more for 5 minutes.
- Then put almonds, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- Then take out in serving dish, top with garam masala and serve hot.
