Ingredients:

  • Self raising flour 100 gm
  • Caster sugar 100 gm
  • Unsalted butter 100 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Red food color 1 tsp

For Butter Cream:

  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Unsalted butter 250 gm
  • Icing sugar 20 gm
  • Heart sprinkles as required

For Chocolate Cup Cakes:

  • Coco powder 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 160 degrees C and grease baking tray.
  2. Then put self raising flour, caster sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla essence, milk and red food color, mix it nicely and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. For butter cream: Melt dark chocolate, keep in microwave oven for 30 seconds and beat icing sugar, butter, vanilla essence and chocolate nicely.
  4. Then put some mixture in cup cakes with dessert spoon and bake more for 20 minutes.
  5. Put oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, flour, baking powder and salt in bowl, mix it nicely and bake on 180 degrees C.
