Ingredients:
- Gram flour 300 gm
- Chewra 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
- Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put gram flour, garlic paste,onion, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander, green chilies and salt in mixing bowl and make thick batter with water.
- Then add chewra and mix it.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry pakoray on medium flame and take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
- Serve with sauce or chutney.
